i) Registration:

Excludes: Accommodation Travel Cash Bar

ii) Travel arrangements:
Delegates are responsible for their own travel and transport arrangements.  Please make necessary arrangements through your hotel

iii) Accommodation:
Delegates are responsible for their own accommodation arrangements.  The recommended hotels offer airport shuttle services:  please liaise directly with them.

iv) Cancellations:
All cancellations must be made in writing, and should reach us no later than 5 working days prior to the event. Should we not receive your written cancellation within the specified time, full fees will be charged. Alternate participants will be accepted.
